Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

  Ship and Await Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
